Cookie Plug in Downtown Memphis is hands-down the best bakery in Memphis! Their thicc cookies are unreal—part cake, part brownie, part cookie, and 100% bomb! I grabbed a Pixie Junkie and an Iced Up Phatty with vanilla ice cream right across from Hooters at Peabody Place, and it was pure bliss.
